- Effectively lead the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading a quota-carrying, closing sales team
- Proven ability to coach, attract, and retain high-performing sales talent
- Track record of consistently exceeding established sales goals
- Experience closing large deals with complex sales cycles on large Enterprise Accounts
- Bachelor's Degree
