Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Enablement Manager, Sales Methodology Coaching.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the rollout and adoption of the enterprise-wide sales methodology and coaching strategy
  • Translate sales methodology principles into actionable coaching frameworks and playbooks for various roles
  • Design and deliver enablement programs that support managers in embedding the sales methodology into their activities
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years in sales enablement and/or enterprise sales, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Proven success in implementing structured sales methodologies and developing enablement programs
  • Deep understanding of solution-based sales cycles and enterprise buying behaviors
  • Strong skills in needs analysis, instructional design, facilitation, and program management
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required
