Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Enablement Manager, Sales Methodology Coaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the rollout and adoption of the enterprise-wide sales methodology and coaching strategy
- Translate sales methodology principles into actionable coaching frameworks and playbooks for various roles
- Design and deliver enablement programs that support managers in embedding the sales methodology into their activities
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in sales enablement and/or enterprise sales, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Proven success in implementing structured sales methodologies and developing enablement programs
- Deep understanding of solution-based sales cycles and enterprise buying behaviors
- Strong skills in needs analysis, instructional design, facilitation, and program management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required
