Required Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in a call center environment
- Ability to manage multiple software systems effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and navigation of multiple computer applications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to type more than 30 WPM
