A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls regarding billing inquiries, service disconnections/reconnections, and payment arrangements
  • Process trouble and outage orders, and assist with online account management
  • Handle move in/out service requests and make payments
Required Qualifications
  • Prior call center experience
  • Ability to type a minimum of 35-40 WPM
  • Open to working overtime during crisis situations
  • Must have a broadband internet connection with specified speed requirements
  • Camera required during training and work shifts
