A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls regarding billing inquiries, service disconnections/reconnections, and payment arrangements
- Process trouble and outage orders, and assist with online account management
- Handle move in/out service requests and make payments
Required Qualifications
- Prior call center experience
- Ability to type a minimum of 35-40 WPM
- Open to working overtime during crisis situations
- Must have a broadband internet connection with specified speed requirements
- Camera required during training and work shifts
