Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to assist customers through inbound calls while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries and personalize each caller's experience
- Assist with tasks such as confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and promoting additional products
- Report to an assigned Supervisor and maintain a structured work schedule, including weekends
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Must reside in a QVC approved state
- Self-provided computer or laptop running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years
- Headset compatible with company specifications
- High-speed internet connection; other types of internet services are not permitted
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required
