Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Healthcare Call Center Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer high-volume inbound customer calls for a Patient Assistance Program
  • Make outbound calls to address questions and assist with application documentation
  • Utilize training and resources to resolve patient and healthcare provider inquiries


Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience required
  • Call center experience preferred but not required
  • Must pass typing and customer service assessments
  • Ability to troubleshoot devices and maintain a dedicated home workspace
