Key Responsibilities
  • Manage 80-100 inbound/outbound calls daily and assist patients with appointment scheduling
  • Master internal systems and tools for efficient patient and practice management
  • Collect and manage patient information while ensuring compliance with industry regulations
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of general customer database experience
  • College education (completed degree or relevant coursework)
  • 1-3 years of call center experience preferred
  • 1-5 years of experience within the healthcare industry preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
