Key Responsibilities
- Manage 80-100 inbound/outbound calls daily and assist patients with appointment scheduling
- Master internal systems and tools for efficient patient and practice management
- Collect and manage patient information while ensuring compliance with industry regulations
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of general customer database experience
- College education (completed degree or relevant coursework)
- 1-3 years of call center experience preferred
- 1-5 years of experience within the healthcare industry preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
