Research Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Assistant to support research on Women in the Workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze quantitative data to generate insights for the research team
• Collaborate with writing and design teams to translate data into narratives and visualizations
• Conduct background research on topics related to women in the workplace and support diverse stakeholder engagement

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of quantitative social science research experience
• Firm grasp of survey research methodology and basic statistics
• Proficiency with MS Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Familiarity with gender research, longitudinal research, or statistical analysis software is a plus
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and uplifting marginalized voices
