A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and revenue growth across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and improve processes for the end-to-end revenue lifecycle from lead generation to customer retention
- Optimize CRM and tech stack, ensuring data integrity and end-user adoption
- Create dashboards and reports to provide insights on pipeline health and revenue performance
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales/Marketing Ops, or related GTM roles
- Experience with Salesforce architecture, data model, and reporting
- Proficiency in Excel, CRMA, and dashboarding tools
- Familiarity with RevOps platforms such as Outreach, LeanData, and Marketo
- Ability to identify and prioritize process gaps and technical debt
