A company is looking for a Leader, GTM Sales Acceleration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global strategy for developing and onboarding revenue leaders across various roles
- Develop a comprehensive Revenue Leader Pathway, including leadership training focused on key competencies
- Design and execute immersive onboarding experiences that align new leaders with the company's culture and values
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience (6+) in sales leadership with a track record of coaching high-performing teams
- Solid experience (3+) in enablement or sales-related roles with people management experience
- Established experience (4+) in talent management, including onboarding or leader enablement programs
- Ability to design and deliver impactful training for sales leaders, including playbooks
- Robust experience in value selling methodologies and sales process understanding
