About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Call Center Lead to take charge of our new outbound sales call center. This role is a unique opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team from the ground up, defining the strategies, processes, and tools needed to drive revenue growth through direct customer engagement.
As the Sales Call Center Lead, you will be responsible for setting up the infrastructure, developing sales scripts and workflows, recruiting and training sales representatives, and implementing KPIs to track and optimize performance. You’ll work closely with leadership to ensure alignment with our sales objectives and drive continuous improvement in conversion rates and customer outreach strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Call Center Setup & Strategy – Develop a structured outbound sales operation, including defining workflows, processes, and performance benchmarks
• Process Development – Establish best practices for lead engagement, cold calling, follow-ups, and client relationship-building.
• Technology & Equipment Selection – Identify and implement the necessary software, CRM systems, and phone solutions to optimize sales outreach.
• KPI Definition & Performance Monitoring – Set measurable performance indicators such as conversion rates, call volume, response time, and lead qualification metrics.
• Sales Team Recruitment & Training – Hire, onboard, and mentor a team of outbound sales representatives, ensuring they have the tools and training to succeed.
• Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams – Align call center efforts with broader sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue potential.
• Continuous Optimization – Monitor call center performance, analyze data, and implement ongoing improvements to enhance efficiency and conversion rates.
Requirements
• Proven experience in setting up and managing an outbound sales call center, preferably in a high-ticket sales environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to build and scale a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English, with experience in cold calling and lead nurturing.
• Expertise in call center technology – Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), sales dialers, and tracking software.
• Data-driven mindset – Ability to analyze call center metrics and implement strategies to improve performance.
• Remote work experience – Ability to manage and train a distributed team effectively.
• Highly organized and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the private aviation, luxury services, or high-ticket sales industries.
Strong understanding of sales automation tools, AI-driven analytics, and lead generation
