Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Compensation Strategy Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, evaluate, and refine incentive compensation plans aligned with business strategy
- Conduct market research and collaborate with leaders to ensure equitable and competitive compensation plans
- Build performance dashboards and prepare reports on incentive plan effectiveness and strategic improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Analytics, or related field; Master's or CCP certification is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in compensation design, preferably in B2B or scientific/technical industries
- Expertise in incentive compensation strategy, modeling, and implementation
- Proficiency with compensation analysis tools and/or analytical software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, or PowerBI)
- Strong understanding of compliance, pay equity, and regulatory considerations
