Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Oversight Associate to join their Growth Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a framework for Sales team members to acquire and renew licenses
• Monitor the status of Sales teams' licenses and ensure visibility into expirations
• Investigate allegations of producer misconduct and prepare regulatory filings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in sales operations, compliance, or a similar role
• 3+ years of technical proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, or database management
• 2+ years of experience with insurance and/or sales regulations
