Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage rooming reservations for various types of bookings
- Liaise with clients and sales teams to ensure accurate reservations
- Prepare and maintain rooming lists while tracking inventory and availability
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of customer-facing experience in hospitality, travel, or real estate
- Understanding of hotel reservations, particularly group bookings
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google suites, Salesforce, and sales tools
- Passion for hospitality and building relationships with customers
