A company is looking for an Associate Manager, Sales Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to create and execute territory development plans
- Recruit, hire, and train Sales Development Representatives while implementing best practices
- Implement outbound calling programs and support marketing activities to generate sales pipeline
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of Sales Development Leadership Experience in the Software/Technology space or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of equivalent professional experience required
- 1+ years of experience analyzing data to develop sales prospecting execution plans
- Proven ability to coach and mentor team members
- Demonstrated success in developing a prospect pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting
