A company is looking for a Sales Development Director to lead and enhance the performance of their early-career sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and scale an outbound sales development engine to generate enterprise demand
  • Coach and align early-career sales professionals while building a high-performance culture
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to create effective outbound strategies and sequences
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in AI or SaaS sales within a global organization
  • 3+ years of management experience leading a globally-distributed business development team
  • Proven ability to build and manage outbound SDR/BDR teams
  • Experience using AI to enhance team productivity and performance
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC and Sandler Sales frameworks
