A company is looking for an Inside Sales & Enrollment Specialist based in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively engage potential patients through outbound calls, answering questions and guiding them through their insurance benefits
• Serve as a key point of contact for patients and providers, managing referrals and ensuring a smooth experience
• Track tasks and follow-ups using ticketing systems and manual processes to ensure timely delivery of care

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in outbound or consultative sales and patient-facing healthcare roles
• Experience working in a healthcare or DME setting with knowledge of medical referrals and provider coordination
• Ability to navigate challenging conversations with empathy and clarity
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Familiarity with tools like Google Suite, Slack, ticketing systems, and insurance workflows
