Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of the SDR function, including call quality and productivity

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring a sales or outbound calling team
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-velocity outbound environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
