Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to design and implement a robust enablement ecosystem for its Pool Solutions division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training courses on sales methodology, pool chemistry, and product knowledge
- Design and execute scalable onboarding and learning paths for new hires and existing sales teams
- Audit materials and track effectiveness through performance metrics and feedback loops
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or similar role
- 5+ years of in-person and/or virtual training experience
- Demonstrated experience in building and scaling enablement programs
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and sales methodologies
- Proficient in Salesforce.com and learning platforms
