Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Engineers for strategic accounts in Mexico
- Refine sales engineering processes including discovery, technical qualification, and proof-of-concept
- Foster a high-performance culture that encourages proactive engagement beyond traditional pre-sales boundaries
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in sales engineering or systems engineering
- 5+ years in a leadership role managing a sales engineering team
- Deep understanding of cloud security, networking, or cybersecurity solutions
- Excellent knowledge and prior experience selling network security technologies
