Key Responsibilities
- Hire, coach, and develop a team of junior Account Managers focused on transactional SMB accounts
- Lead a team responsible for high-volume outbound calling to identify expansion opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Foster a growth-minded culture through continuous learning, coaching sessions, and collaboration with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience managing an Account Management or inside sales team in a transactional, high-volume environment
- Proven success in developing and coaching junior talent
- Strong performance management experience with a sales-driven mindset
- Proficiency with Salesforce; experience with Gong or similar tools is a plus
- Ability to leverage data to identify trends and drive revenue outcomes
