Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Traffic functions for the station/region and support revenue and customer service efforts
  • Prepare and edit daily logs of programs, commercials, and promos, while organizing and tracking commercial copy materials
  • Coordinate account activities, troubleshoot issues with logs and formats, and collaborate with various departments on traffic operations


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in broadcast traffic and familiarity with broadcast traffic systems
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
  • Knowledge of Wide Orbit Traffic and basic Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
