Key Responsibilities
- Own the administration of the sales compensation platform and ensure accurate commission calculations
- Collaborate with Finance and Sales to implement compensation plans aligned with company goals
- Identify process improvements and build reporting dashboards to track compensation effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing sales compensation processes or tools in a Sales or Revenue Operations function
- Strong hands-on experience with sales commission software (e.g., Xactly, CaptivateIQ)
- Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for commission validation and reporting
- Experience working with Salesforce or CRM-integrated compensation systems
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally
