Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience managing sales compensation processes or tools in a Sales or Revenue Operations function
  • Strong hands-on experience with sales commission software (e.g., Xactly, CaptivateIQ)
  • Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for commission validation and reporting
  • Experience working with Salesforce or CRM-integrated compensation systems
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally
