Key Responsibilities

• Oversee strategy, implementation, and maintenance of program documentation and policies
• Lead a team of Sales Operations Specialists to enhance department performance and provide constructive feedback
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and maintain clear communication of project timelines and deliverables

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• 5+ years of experience in management, operations, project management, or leadership
• Health care experience, particularly with Medicare and/or Marketplace, preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
