Key Responsibilities:
- Support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions alongside Sales associates
- Ensure timely quotations and accurate sales orders for personalized customer service
- Coordinate deliveries and address customer inquiries through sales calls
Required Qualifications:
- Prior sales and/or customer service experience preferred
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell
- Proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs and make timely decisions
- General digital literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes
