Sales Support Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions alongside Sales associates
• Ensure timely quotations and accurate sales orders for personalized customer service
• Coordinate deliveries and address customer inquiries through sales calls

Required Qualifications:

• Prior sales and/or customer service experience preferred
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell
• Proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs and make timely decisions
• General digital literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes
