A company is looking for an Associate Benefit Advisor, Sales-Seasonal.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide beneficiaries in selecting health insurance coverage over the phone
- Consult and advise clients on their health insurance options while meeting daily sales metrics
- Complete training and prepare for the state licensing exam to become a licensed insurance agent
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Ability to obtain or currently possess an active health insurance license
- Previous sales experience or a strong desire to learn in a sales role
- Strong technical skills for navigating multiple systems
- Must be available to work in a seasonal capacity until December 8th
- Willingness to undergo extensive background checks for licensing
