• Generate weekly schedules and schedule non-phone activities
• Monitor attendance and schedule adherence, optimizing schedules as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of workforce management experience
• 3 years of experience generating weekly schedules
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work seasonal hours, including weekends and weeknights
