Key Responsibilities
- Assemble application data and submit complete packages for processing
- Act as a liaison between Loan Officers, clients, and operations partners to ensure a seamless process
- Maintain weekly pipeline calls and manage loan origination documentation and tracking
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- 1-3 years of banking experience with a focus on mortgage sales and operations
- Working knowledge of relevant mortgage regulations and laws
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
