Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Sales Director for the Southeast Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting to close
- Generate pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and follow-up on marketing leads
- Lead the progression of the customer's buying process through the sales cycle to achieve successful outcomes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 8+ years of experience in full-cycle solution sales, including at least 4 years selling into hospitals and IDNs
- Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement in complex accounts
- Experience handling enterprise deal sizes and senior-level relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
