A company is looking for a Senior Collections Coordinator to join their Finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic, high-risk accounts and resolve barriers to timely payment
- Lead resolution of complex disputes by collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Mentor Collection Coordinators and identify trends to improve collections performance
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- 4+ years of experience in B2B collections or accounts receivable roles
- Experience with ERP and financial systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, and Salesforce preferred
- Strong analytical skills to interpret trends and make data-driven recommendations
- Proven ability to mentor team members and lead in a dynamic environment
