Key Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and execution of lifecycle marketing programs to drive acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention
- Analyze performance data to uncover trends and develop actionable insights for strategy improvement
- Lead the creation and management of email and SMS campaigns aimed at increasing product engagement and conversion
Required Qualifications
- 6-8+ years of lifecycle marketing experience in high-consideration environments
- 2-3 years of experience managing high-performing teams
- Deep expertise in HubSpot, with familiarity in Braze or Iterable as a plus
- Proficiency in email and SMS marketing automation, including segmentation and personalized flows
- Basic knowledge of SQL and understanding of HTML and template scripting languages
