Key Responsibilities:
- Own strategy, execution, and optimization of customer retention through email and SMS
- Maintain and optimize the customer lifecycle roadmap and documentation
- Partner with paid media teams and creative division to enhance the customer journey
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in customer lifecycle marketing for D2C eCommerce brands
- Successful track record of developing and executing marketing strategies
- Knowledge of retention marketing trends and Email/CRM technologies
- Experience with testing methodology and driving results through analytics
- Demonstrated ability to project manage cross-functional initiatives
