Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize sales compensation plans across multiple sales segments
- Partner with Sales Leadership to implement new compensation structures that drive specific outcomes
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for compensation plan improvements
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles
- 4+ years of sales compensation experience with expertise in complex commission structures
- Advanced analytical and modeling skills in Microsoft Excel and similar tools
- Experience with compensation software and Salesforce
- Proven track record of process improvement with strategic impact
