Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for compensation plan improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles
  • 4+ years of sales compensation experience with expertise in complex commission structures
  • Advanced analytical and modeling skills in Microsoft Excel and similar tools
  • Experience with compensation software and Salesforce
  • Proven track record of process improvement with strategic impact
