Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to support its global growth in Spain through engaging trial users and qualifying new prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage trial users, inactive leads, and churned customers to guide them toward activation or re-subscription
- Qualify and route inbound leads to the appropriate Solutions Consultants, particularly in the SMB segment
- Drive outbound efforts by contacting cold prospects to identify interest and generate qualified opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a B2B SaaS or tech-enabled sales/support role
- Experience with outbound sales and cold calling
- Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of product value across customer segments
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong CRM hygiene
- Self-starter who can handle ambiguity and proactively drive progress
