A company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager, Management Groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale a book of business by engaging with qualified Hotel Management Group prospects
- Achieve monthly quotas through new business acquisition while maintaining current client portfolios
- Utilize Salesforce to report on KPIs and identify improvements in the sales process
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in the hotels/hospitality industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and cross-functionally
- Comfortable communicating with senior sales managers and leadership
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM and other office productivity tools
