Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the field-based sales team to achieve sales goals for Talent product lines
- Prospect, qualify, and build relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop tailored proposals and negotiate complex multi-year contracts
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven history of meeting quarterly/annual quota targets of at least $1m
- Experience selling K-12 or EdTech software solutions preferred
- Strong executive presence with experience in engaging c-suite level customers
