Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solutions Representative to assist in maintaining customer relationships and supporting Account Executive activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and create quotes for solutions, products, and add-on sales; coordinate special pricing and perform follow-up
- Gather account information and assist in ensuring data integrity within the database
- Handle order entry and provide information for new customer and part number setup
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business management or 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree
- 2 years of customer service and/or sales support experience, preferably in high tech
- Experience in a Cisco environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Able to travel, not to exceed 20% of the time
