A company is looking for a Solutions Sales Architect to lead their sales team and drive technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and oversee the end-to-end sales process using a consultative/solution selling approach
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders and develop strategies to improve customer experience and lead conversion
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and prepare reports for senior management on sales achievements and market trends
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of selling experience in IT, preferably with software or SaaS solutions
- Proven experience in HubSpot, particularly in setting up sales workflows
- Demonstrated success in consultative and solution-oriented selling in a B2B, SaaS environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on driving results
