Job Summary

A company is looking for a Safety Specialist II, Spam.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and support Spam enforcement guidelines based on policy guidance
• Oversee outsourcing of Spam enforcement and manage operational workflows to prevent violations
• Act as a point of contact for policy inquiries and provide insights to improve quality and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in the tech industry within the enforcement/Spam space
• Experience working with outsourcing teams and in operational/support roles
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated experience in data-driven communication and influencing stakeholders
