Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships and economic performance for a portfolio of group benefit clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer expectations and drive premium growth
- Conduct regular case reviews and facilitate the renewal process to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in the Employee Benefit industry or group benefit design
- Current insurance license or ability to obtain one immediately
- Strong knowledge of the full suite of products and services offered
- Demonstrated success in managing large customer relationships
- Preferred college degree
