A company is looking for a Strategic Account Specialist responsible for managing customer relationships and providing support for strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive customer service through high volume phone support and email responses
- Reconcile damaged and lost shipments, process returns and credits, and maintain detailed customer interaction records
- Analyze customer issues and complete assigned special tasks in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Customer service background preferred; veterinary clinic experience desirable
- Intermediate or advanced Excel skills required; proficiency in Word and Outlook needed
- Ability to handle stressful situations effectively
- Strong organizational skills with emphasis on accuracy and systematic information maintenance
