Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and build executive-level relationships with health plan accounts while refining business strategies
- Manage staff resources, including recruitment and training, to meet departmental needs and foster innovation
- Provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to enhance efficiencies and client engagement
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of operations experience and 1 year of team management experience
- High School Degree required; Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- 3 years of leadership experience in managing teams
- Certification in Account Management or Project Management preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
