Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Operations Manager to assist in managing relationships with mid-large strategic clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients and develop relationships with key client contacts
- Collaborate with the Client Management team on strategic initiatives, RFPs, and client renewals
- Manage client reporting demands and coordinate client meetings and business reviews
Required Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in a client management capacity
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
- Knowledge of Teladoc and/or Livongo products and the healthcare industry
- Strong dedication to customer service and managing a high volume of client requests
