Job Summary

A company is looking for an Official of Student Services in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify student needs and motivations, developing personalized strategies to promote academic success and well-being
• Monitor and support students through centralized reports, manage individual consultations, and conduct regular group meetings
• Provide academic guidance and develop strategies to enhance interpersonal skills while assisting with admissions and onboarding processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Social Work, or related fields
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in student data management, academic processes, student support, and academic advising
• Experience with courses and activities related to technology is a plus
• Native proficiency in Portuguese; knowledge of Spanish is an advantage
