A company is looking for a Support Engineer to provide technical support and resolve customer issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the resolution of assigned customer issues from end to end
- Research and resolve a diverse range of technical customer issues using the codebase
- Collaborate with Engineering and Customer Success teams to deliver effective technical support
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical role, such as support engineer or software engineer
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience with modern programming languages, such as Go or JavaScript
- Proficiency in front and back end technologies
- Ability to research and troubleshoot technical issues independently
