Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Analyst to join a Digital Banking Support & Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and user requirements to design and improve application systems
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements or new solutions for data processing and workflow efficiency
• Coordinate with users and vendors to support software release installations and system updates

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing support or operations role within a banking environment
• Understanding of common issues encountered by application support teams
• Basic Excel reporting skills
• Knowledge of money movement systems (ACH, wires, real-time payments) is preferred
• Familiarity with APIs and SQL is preferred
