Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager (Remote OK).
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the strategic partner and primary point of contact for enterprise customers
- Lead technical discovery and intake calls, understanding customer architectures and cloud stacks
- Guide customers through implementation and optimization while managing executive relationships
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or related technical client-facing roles
- Strong understanding of web applications, cloud infrastructure, and modern development stacks
- Ability to lead technical conversations and troubleshoot issues confidently
- Executive presence with strong relationship management skills
- Background in SaaS, cybersecurity, or financial services is a strong plus
