A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide business, technical, and product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage client inquiries, bug fixes, and product enhancements while coordinating with engineering
  • Conduct regular client status calls and educate clients on product features to support their business growth


Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in a support or technical account management role
  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a quantitative and analytical discipline
  • Knowledge of OTT video delivery workflows and basic networking concepts
  • In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
  • Proficiency in analytic tools and ability to prioritize effectively
