Key Responsibilities
- Provide business, technical, and product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage client inquiries, bug fixes, and product enhancements while coordinating with engineering
- Conduct regular client status calls and educate clients on product features to support their business growth
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a support or technical account management role
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a quantitative and analytical discipline
- Knowledge of OTT video delivery workflows and basic networking concepts
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
- Proficiency in analytic tools and ability to prioritize effectively
