Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Help Desk Representative to support Bank clients with their commercial credit card programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, and chat for the online commercial card management platform
  • Troubleshoot client issues to determine root causes and appropriate resolutions
  • Collaborate with account management teams to ensure client satisfaction and issue resolution
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two to three years of experience as a help desk representative over the phone
  • General knowledge of telecommunications equipment and systems
  • Experience in hardware or software technical support, telecommunications, or related industries is preferred
  • Ability to pass a post-employment screening including extensive background checks
