A company is looking for a Technical Help Desk Representative to support Bank clients with their commercial credit card programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, and chat for the online commercial card management platform
- Troubleshoot client issues to determine root causes and appropriate resolutions
- Collaborate with account management teams to ensure client satisfaction and issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to three years of experience as a help desk representative over the phone
- General knowledge of telecommunications equipment and systems
- Experience in hardware or software technical support, telecommunications, or related industries is preferred
- Ability to pass a post-employment screening including extensive background checks
