Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Service Agent to support customers with home charging equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform remote diagnostics and troubleshooting for customer challenges related to home charging equipment
- Manage cases within Salesforce, documenting interactions and coordinating with logistics for parts ordering
- Provide training and technical guidance to team members and service partners, contributing to process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an electrician or with electrical components; EV charging equipment experience is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center or customer-facing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Salesforce
- Associate/Trade degree in a related field or four years of equivalent electrical experience
- Valid driver's license
